I. Plants Shipping
1. I currently ship live plants only within selected Member States of the European Union where such shipping is permitted under applicable EU plant health legislation and where delivery is possible using a valid EU plant passport.
2. I do not ship live plants outside the European Union (e.g. to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Ukraine, etc.) due to customs, import and plant health regulations.
3. Certain EU countries or regions (in particular island territories or areas with stricter local rules) may apply additional restrictions on the import of live plants. In such cases, or where there is any doubt as to the legality or safety of shipping, I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for live plants and to refund any payment already made.
4. Plants are sent in a package unplanted, i.e. without pots and substrate, packed in wet wipes in ZIP bags. If you do not have the opportunity to prepare your own growing substrate and container in advance, it is possible to arrange to order the substrate and containers for growing.
5. Packages with live plants are usually sent on Monday to Wednesday, so they will arrive at the customer during the given working week (for orders within Czech Republic and Slovakia). Plants are packed so that they can survive in the package for several days or weeks without any problems.
6. Orders are shipped via Czech Post, Packeta or PPL, depending on which option offers the best balance of price and delivery speed for customer location. The exact carrier is chosen based on destination, package size and current carrier conditions.
7. All orders are processed and shipped upon receipt of payment to the seller's bank account IBAN: CZ24 3030 0000 0032 7232 2015, BIC / Swift: AIRACZPP or money transfer within PayPal service to the seller's PayPal account: peterflytraps.
II. Shipping methods
Pickup Points
Best option for customers in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

- Oversized package (≤ 15 kg): 8€

Economy Tracked
Best option for EU customers. Estimated delivery time is 2–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
- Delivery to the customer's address or to the nearest pickup point according to the carrier's terms and conditions
- Carrier is selected by the seller to ensure the best balance of price and delivery speed
- Possible carriers include: Czech Post, Packeta or PPL

III. Personal collection of the order
1. There is an option of direct collection of the ordered plants, which is gentler for the plants. In this case the plants are delivered planted in a flower pot unless different agreement. When personally handing over the plants or collecting them at the seller's registered address, payments are made in cash.
2. Personal collection in Žerotín: The order can be collected at the seller's registered address in Žerotín, only after prior arrangement. Personal collection in Žerotín is usually possible both on working days and at weekends. Payment is only possible in cash or by immediate payment to the seller's bank account.
3. Personal collection in Prague: Only for orders worth over 500 CZK. For Prague customers, there is an option of collecting the order in person in Prague 10 near the EUROPARK shopping center in Štěrboholy. Pick-ups in Prague are usually possible on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The customer will receive detailed information about pick-up in Prague after ordering. Payment in cash only.
