I. Shipping Area
1. Live plants are currently shipped only to selected Member States of the European Union where shipment is permitted under applicable plant health legislation and where delivery can be carried out with a valid EU Plant Passport.
2. Live plants are not shipped outside the European Union (including, but not limited to, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey or Ukraine) due to customs, import and phytosanitary regulations.
3. Certain EU countries or regions may impose additional restrictions on the import of live plants. If shipment cannot legally be carried out or cannot be completed due to phytosanitary or transport restrictions, the Seller may refuse to accept the order. If payment has already been received before acceptance of the order, it will be refunded without undue delay.
II. Packaging
1. Plants are shipped bare-root (without pots and substrate) and are carefully packed in moist protective wrapping inside sealed ZIP bags.
2. The Beginner Starter Kit is an exception and is supplied with a pot and growing substrate.
3. Additional pots and growing substrate can be ordered separately if required.
III. Processing Time
1. Orders are prepared in the order they are received.
2. The Seller usually dispatches orders within one working day. During periods of increased demand, preparation may take longer.
3. Plants are generally dispatched from Monday to Wednesday to minimize the risk of parcels remaining in carrier depots over the weekend.
IV. Weekly Shipping Schedule
1. Orders placed by Wednesday are normally dispatched during the same week.
2. Orders placed after Wednesday are normally dispatched during the following week.
3. This schedule is indicative and may change during peak periods or holidays. It does not constitute a guaranteed dispatch date.
4. This schedule helps ensure that live plants spend the shortest possible time in transit.
V. Shipping Carrier
1. Orders are shipped using reliable parcel carriers.
2. Depending on the destination country and available services, shipment may be carried out by carriers such as:
- PPL / DHL
- Packeta
- Czech Post
3. The carrier is selected by the Seller depending on destination and service availability. Delivery method (home delivery or pickup point) depends on the destination country and the local carrier partner.
4. All shipments include parcel tracking.
VI. Delivery Time
1. The following delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, weather conditions and other circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

Domestic Shipping (Czech Republic & Slovakia)
1. For shipments within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, live plants are delivered exclusively to pickup points operated via Packeta network.
2. This delivery method helps reduce transport stress and ensures the best possible condition of the plants upon collection.

European Union Shipping
1. Orders are delivered either to the recipient's address or to a pickup point, depending on the destination country and the delivery arrangements of PPL and its local delivery partners. The delivery method is determined by the carrier based on destination country and service availability.
2. The final shipping cost is always confirmed before the order is accepted by the Seller.

VIII. Personal Collection of the Order
1. There is an option of direct collection of the ordered plants, which is gentler for the plants. In this case the plants are delivered planted in a flower pot unless different agreement. When personally handing over the plants or collecting them at the seller's registered address, payments are made in cash.
2. Personal collection in Žerotín: The order can be collected at the seller's registered address in Žerotín, only after prior arrangement. Personal collection in Žerotín is usually possible both on working days and at weekends. Payment may be made in cash or by immediate bank transfer to the seller's bank account upon collection.
3. Personal collection in Prague: Only for orders worth over 500 CZK. For Prague customers, there is an option of collecting the order in person in Prague 10 near the EUROPARK shopping center in Štěrboholy. Pick-ups in Prague are usually possible on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The customer will receive detailed information about pick-up in Prague after ordering. Payment in cash only.
